SMART Training and Consultancy rates

All our training courses, workshops and programmes have the perfect balance of theory and practical, sharing real life experience, as well as a lot of fun, enthusiasm and healthy banter along the way.

Workshops consist of a PowerPoint presentation delivered by an experienced and qualified consultant, and include an excellent balance of theory and a number of fun exercises to help staff and teams relate to genuine everyday situations they are likely to face.

SMART Way Forward will undertake a pre-training asessment to identify current experience, knowledge and skill levels and all training is bespoke, well-researched and tailored to a specific subject. It is delivered at the right level to ensure the desired results and performance are met.

The training consultant will continually assess the participants, before, during and after the training to check for understanding.

We'll also set SMART tasks and goals for each participant during and after the training, to ensure consistent improvement and that the theory is being put into practice.

Every participant will receive a SMART CPD Certificate of Attendance and Completion once the training programme has been completed.

Training can either be delivered on site at your offices / premises, or off site at an agreed location.

SMART Sales Training / Customer Service Training / CPD / Coach Development

Gold Package (Full day – up to 8 hours): £1295.00 + expenses
Silver Package (Half day – up to 4 hours): £895.00 + expenses
Bronze Package (Quarter day – up to 2 hours): £495.00 + expenses

• Up to 12 delegates on any one sales training, customer service training or CPD session.
• Training delivery times are between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday or at weekends. Weekends are invoiced at the rates above plus an additional set fee of £100.00

SMART Leadership and Management training

Gold Package (Full day – up to 8 hours): £1495.00 + expenses
Silver Package (Half day – up to 4 hours): £995.00 + expenses
Bronze Package (Quarter day – up to 2 hours): £595.00 + expenses

• Up to three delegates in any one leadership and management training session.
• Leadership and management training delivery times are between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Additional hours after 5pm will be invoiced at the rates above plus £150.00 per hour.

SMART Consultancy

Full day rate (up to 8 hours): £1495.00 + expenses
Half day rate (up to 4 hours): £995.00 + expenses
Quarter day rate (up to 2 hours): £495.00 + expenses
Hourly rate: £245.00 + expenses

• Consultancy criteria discussed and agreed beforehand with clear objectives and outcomes set.
• Consultancy is delivered between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

• Expenses could include travel, travel time, fuel, mileage, overnight accommodation. The rates above include preparatory work and delivery time.
• Training and consultancy can either take place at the customer's premises or at an alternative location arranged by the custmer or SMART Way Forward. If arranged by SMART Way Forward, any costs (along with any other requirements, such as catering) will be added to the invoice as expenses.
• SMART Way Forward can provide a screen and projector on the day if required. Please advise beforehand.
• Due to our copyright we do not share copies of our presentations, however, if required we do supply note pads and pens and encourage delegates to take notes during the training.
